FINAL VALUE FEE: OVERVIEW
We charge a final value fee when you (the influencer) sell a QuikPlace Video / Post / Retweet promotion.
This fee is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the sale. The total amount of the sale is the amount the buyer pays. Sales tax is not You will be paid upon completion and uploading of the QuikPlace Video / Post / Retweet promotion on social media platforms, TikTok™, Instagram™, YouTube™, and Twitter™.

The selling price is the final sale price of the item. The final value fee is charged on the total amount of the sale. In addition, the price set by the Talent User for promotions will appear in a greater amount on the QuikPlace, Inc. website and will be an added fee taken by QuikPlace. View the table below:

SELLING SERVICE OUTSIDE OF QUIKTOK,INC.
If you offer or reference your contact information or ask a buyer for their contact information we reserve the right to terminate and ban you from our Site.
- “Make an Offer” listing format: The total amount of the sale is the price identified between the buyer and seller. As a seller you have the ability to accept offers (often a price point below your fixed price). The same standard fee will be applied to the sale.
- Fixed Price listing format: The total amount of the sale is the fixed price you listed on your page.
TALENT USERS NOT MEETING PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Additional final value fees or the termination and ban from our Site may apply on a sale under the following circumstance:
- A Talent User has accepted the request but does not communicate with the buyer (strictly through the QuikPlace message portal) or upload the QuikPlace Video / Post / Retweet within the seven day window of accepting the request.
PAYMENT TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
SELLER’S MANAGED PAYMENTS FEES
We charge two types of fees for managing payments through our site:
1. A payment processing fee when payment is processed for a transaction.
2. A payment dispute fee when a chargeback or other dispute for a managed payments transaction is adversely resolved against you (referred to as “Disputes”).
INFLUENCER DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
As an influencer, whenever you post content on behalf of a brand, you are legally required to clearly disclose that you are working for the brand in a manner that complies with the Endorsement and Testimonial Guides issued by the Federal Trade Commission (or the “FTC”). The FTC has published an easy-to-read Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers document that provides some background and helpful guidelines about how to comply with these legal requirements. In some cases, brands may also provide you with specific instructions about how you must make the required disclosures. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your posts comply with the FTC Guides and brand instructions.
PAYMENT PROCESSING FEE
Your payments processing fees are calculated as 2.9% of the total sale amount.
PAYMENT DISPUTE FEE
Upon the conclusion of a Dispute investigation that results in you being found responsible for the chargeback (or other disputed amount), We charge a $20 payments dispute fee, excluding any applicable sales tax, for each Dispute. If you believe that you have been charged with an error you are able to appeal the payments dispute fee within 30 days from when we invoice the payments dispute fee.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS / ONBOARDING
- Link a US-based checking account, denominated in US Dollars, to your QuikPlace account. Settlements of proceeds from your transactions with managed payments will be deposited directly to this linked bank account. Notwithstanding any other terms about settlement methods on the QuikPlace, Inc. Terms of Service.
- Provide us certain information for the purpose of verifying your identity.
- Maintain accuracy of the information we have on file. We suggest updating your information periodically. Consent to our updating such stored information provided by you, your bank, and other payment service providers. You are allowed to only share the information of accounts you are authorized to use.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, rules and terms and conditions in connection with the use of the QuikPlace, Inc. Services. Hereby you acknowledge and understand that several third parties, such as credit and debit card issuers and payments services providers, have their own terms and conditions for the payment or settlement methods you choose to use in connection with payments that QuikTok, Inc. manages. Failure to abide by third party terms and conditions may result in fees assessed to you or other actions taken by such third parties, and you hereby agree that we have no control over, or responsibility or liability for, such fees or actions.
